Dr. Scott Wagner

Dr. Wagner was raised in Toronto and came to the United States to play college baseball. As an undergrad his degree focused on Sports Medicine. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University in 1999 and his post doctorate for Manipulation under Anesthesia in 2003 from New York Chiropractic College. He is currently the Chiropractor for the University of Virginia. Many UVA athletes have benefited immensely from his Chiropractic and Sports Medicine knowledge. In 2010 Dr. Wagner completed the Clinical Golf Program by Professional Sports Care. He travels around the U.S. to treat golfers in the PGA Tour, Champions Tour, and Nationwide Tour.

Dr. Scott Chirichetti

Dr. Scott Chirichetti was born and raised in western Pennsylvania. His interest in medicine was sparked at a young age by his mother, who was a registered nurse. He later developed an interest in musculoskeletal medicine and sports medicine while rehabilitating a knee injury in high school.

Dr Chirichetti received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Grove City College in 1995, and his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000. He moved to Charlottesville to continue his training at the University of Virginia, where he completed his internship in 2001 and his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in 2004. Following residency, he advanced his training in the Pain Management fellowship at UVA, which he completed in 2005.

Dr. Chirichetti is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as Pain Management. He has been practicing interventional pain management since 2005. He feels fortunate to have been helping people lead more functional, active and healthy lives.

Dr. Chirichetti lives in Charlottesville with his wife and their two children. He enjoys functional strength training and fitness, as well as music, cooking and sports.
